As your dedicated neighborhood Realtors®, we are delighted to support a community effort to band together on the same day to enhance every participant’s outcome. With gas prices soaring again, garage sale shoppers will be excited to come to one area to get their “fix”, bringing more buyers than for garage sales that stand alone, and in the neighborhood that is a community favorite! We’ll be putting out signs for all the areas in blue on the map.
Last year was impressive, and we have planned improvements and expect an even better outcome for all participants!

Cold weather came and revealed that there was no floor insulation under a cabin/house that Karen had helped a family with four kids buy. (The inspector they used had failed to communicate that there was no insulation and no skirting.) The distraught mother (husband was away on slope for 4 weeks) contacted Karen for help.with cold floors and condensation inside the house. Karen reached out to me for evaluation and recommendations which I offered but as an inspector, I could not legally do any work on the house. Karen and her husband got a crew together and skirted and insulated the house in a timely manner for a very reasonable fee before freezing weather would make such an operation impossible. The selling of my house from the initial contact with Karen and Kelly to closing took around 11 months.
I know, not a realtor's dream house to sell.
I first contacted them in January. I had to get major work done on the house that could only be done in the summer. After two months of work it was ready to sell. The pictures and video that they took were outstanding. My family, that lives Outside, were amazed at the quality of the pictures. My house went under contract in just a few days. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out two months into the sale and within days of closing.
